API Keys, Support, Learning Center, Account, Preferences & Disputes
Overview
The Admin section provides platform configuration, account management, and support resources. Access admin features under Admin in the navigation menu.
Account Settings
Navigation: Admin → Account Settings
Profile Management
- Personal Information: Update your name, email, and phone number
- Profile Photo: Upload or change your avatar
- Company Details: Update your organization information
- Password: Change your account password
- Two-Factor Auth: Enable/disable 2FA for security
Notification Preferences
API Key Management
Navigation: Admin → API Keys
Features
- API Key List: View all active and inactive API keys
- Key Generation: Create new API keys for integrations
- Permission Scoping: Control what each API key can access
- Usage Statistics: Monitor API call counts per key
- Revocation: Disable compromised or unused keys
Creating an API Key
- Navigate to Admin → API Keys
- Click "Generate New Key"
- Configure:
- Key Name: Descriptive label (e.g., "QuickBooks Integration")
- Permissions: Select allowed API scopes (read, write, admin)
- Expiration: Set an expiration date (optional)
- Click "Create" — your key is displayed once
- Copy and save the key securely — it won't be shown again
⚠️ Security: Never share API keys. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from this page.
Disputes
Navigation: Admin → Disputes
Features
- Dispute List: View all project disputes by status
- File a Dispute: Create a new dispute against a project or payment
- Resolution Tracking: Follow disputes through the resolution process
- Evidence Upload: Attach supporting documents and photos
Filing a Dispute
- Navigate to Admin → Disputes
- Click "File Dispute"
- Fill in:
- Project: Select the project in question
- Type: Payment, Scope, Quality, Timeline, Other
- Description: Detailed explanation of the issue
- Desired Resolution: What outcome you're seeking
- Supporting Evidence: Upload documents, photos, or communications
- Submit the dispute

Filed → Under Review → Mediation → Resolved / Escalated
Organizations
Navigation: Admin → Organizations

- Register Organization: Create your company profile on the platform
