The Admin section provides platform configuration, account management, and support resources. Access admin features under Admin in the navigation menu.

Features

Creating an API Key

  1. Navigate to Admin → API Keys
  2. Click "Generate New Key"
  3. Configure:
    • Key Name: Descriptive label (e.g., "QuickBooks Integration")
    • Permissions: Select allowed API scopes (read, write, admin)
    • Expiration: Set an expiration date (optional)
  4. Click "Create" — your key is displayed once
  5. Copy and save the key securely — it won't be shown again

⚠️ Security: Never share API keys. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from this page.


Disputes

Navigation: Admin → Disputes

Features

Filing a Dispute

  1. Navigate to Admin → Disputes
  2. Click "File Dispute"
  3. Fill in:
    • Project: Select the project in question
    • Type: Payment, Scope, Quality, Timeline, Other
    • Description: Detailed explanation of the issue
    • Desired Resolution: What outcome you're seeking
    • Supporting Evidence: Upload documents, photos, or communications
  4. Submit the dispute

Dispute Status Workflow

Filed → Under Review → Mediation → Resolved / Escalated
