Security Manager, Compliance Manager, Governance & Document Vault


Overview

The Blockchain department provides advanced on-chain features for contract security, regulatory compliance, governance voting, and permanent document storage. Access these features under Blockchain in the navigation menu.

Contract Dashboard

Navigation: Blockchain → Contract Dashboard

Your central hub for all blockchain contract activity:

Document Vault

Navigation: Blockchain → Document Vault

Features

Uploading a Document

  1. Navigate to Blockchain → Document Vault
  2. Click "Upload Document"
  3. Select the file(s) to upload (PDF, images, or other formats)
  4. Set the category: Contract, Permit, Inspection Report, Photo, Legal, Other
  5. Associate with a project (optional)
  6. Click "Upload & Record" — the document hash is stored on-chain

Multi-Sig Requirements Number of approvals needed for transactions
Time-Lock Duration Delay before large transactions execute
Rate Limits Maximum transaction frequency per period
Whitelisted Addresses Pre-approved wallet addresses

Compliance Manager

Navigation: Blockchain → Compliance Manager

Features

Compliance Status Indicators

Status Meaning
🟢 Compliant All requirements met
🟡 Pending Items need attention before the deadline
🔴 Non-Compliant Requirements overdue or not met

Governance Dashboard

Navigation: Blockchain → Governance Dashboard

Features

Proposing an Upgrade

  1. Navigate to Blockchain → Governance Dashboard
  2. Click "Propose Upgrade"
  3. Fill in:
    • Title: Name of the proposed change
    • Description: What the upgrade does and why
    • Contract: Which contract is being upgraded
    • New Implementation: Technical details of the change
  4. Submit for voting

Voting on a Proposal

  1. Navigate to the Governance Dashboard
  2. Click on an active proposal
  3. Review the upgrade details and impact assessment
  4. Click "Approve" or "Reject" with your reasoning
  5. Once minimum approvals are reached, the upgrade can execute
