PM Dashboard, Task Management, Table View & Cost Analysis
Overview
The PM Dashboard and Tasks module is your central hub for managing day-to-day project work. Track tasks, monitor project status, and analyze costs. Access these features under Project Management in the navigation menu.
PM Dashboard
Navigation: Project Management → PM Dashboard
Features
- Task Summary: Overview of total, active, completed, and overdue tasks
- Table View: Spreadsheet-style task list with sortable columns
- Quick Actions: Create tasks, update statuses, assign team members
- Status Filters: Filter by status (All, Pending, In Progress, Completed, Overdue)

Task Management
Creating Tasks
- Navigate to PM Dashboard or Tasks page
- Click "+ New Task"
- Fill in:
- Task Name: Clear, actionable title
- Project: Select the associated project
- Assignee: Assign to a team member
- Priority: Set urgency level
- Due Date: Set the deadline
- Description: Detailed work description
- Tags/Labels: Categorize the task
- Click "Create Task"
Task Status Workflow
To Do → In Progress → Review → Completed
Viewing Task Details
Click any task to see the full detail view:
- Description & Notes: Full task description and team notes
- Activity Log: History of changes and updates
- Attachments: Associated files and documents
- Time Logged: Hours worked on the task
- Dependencies: Related tasks that must complete first
Tasks List View
Navigation: Project Management → Tasks
- Sortable Columns: Click column headers to sort by name, date, priority, etc.
- Bulk Actions: Select multiple tasks for bulk status updates
- Search: Find tasks by keyword
- Export: Download task list as CSV

Navigation: Project Management → Kanban Board

- Project Cost Overview: Total budget vs. actual spend per project
